OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS.

At Project Epic, we’re committed to providing transparent and accessible services for young adults and their families. While many of our programs are funded through NDIS plans or other supports, there may be some out of pocket costs depending on the services you choose.

Have questions? We're always happy to assist -

just reach out!

We’ll always explain any potential
costs upfront - no surprises.

These may include things like community activity fees, transport, or optional extras not covered by your funding. The following costs are not covered by NDIS funding.

Activity Costs

Out-of-pocket activity expenses may include venue entry fees, tickets, or other outing-related costs.

  • Friday Night and School Holiday Programs activity costs: These costs will be invoiced separately from the NDIS-funded invoice.
Young Adult and Weekend Programs costs: Participants are expected to pay on the day, using money or a debit card.

Centre Capital Cost

Our Epic Centre in Caringbah is a welcoming space designed to foster connection, inclusion, and purpose for every member of our Epic Crew. It’s available for use across all programs, providing a consistent and engaging environment.

A Centre Capital Cost per hour of booked support will be applied in line with the current NDIS Price Guide. This fee supports the ongoing costs of providing safe, accessible, and high-quality spaces for our Epic community.
